We are fabricating ready to install teak deck panels for boats and yachts. All our deck panels are very high quality products, a result of years of experience in boat carpentry and woodwork. Our teak decking panels have full caulking thickness and not just shallow groove, this means full usable thickness and two times more years to enjoy.

Installation is done without screws or bungs, no replacing those loose bungs or leaks through screw holes.

Standard Teak Deck Panels

Ready to fit and install teak decking panels, 1/2" thick, 23 13/16" wide, 5 to 10 feet long. Just right size to be handled by one installer.

Teak planks are 1 13/16" wide and seams are 3/16" wide. This will make layout easier as plank and seam together are 2 inches.

Planks are held together with our special teak deck caulking, no backing material is required.

Custom Teak Deck Panels

These deck panels are custom fabricated to your specification. Many different thickness options, seam and plank width to your specification. Panel length up to 16 feet without seams in planks. Complex panels may require backing material.

Teak Decks Installed

We install our Standard or Custom Teak Deck Panels to your boat. Minimum work time at your boat as all panels are prefabricated and sanded at our shop before we start working on your boat.

Teak Deck Caulking

Teak deck is only as good as the seams and caulking. If caulk fails it means trouble, everybody who has re-caulked deck or paid it, will know. We have tested all teak caulks in the market, and found the best, it is permanently flexible and has superior adhesion to teak.
